I weigh 28kg nd im 13 is this normal?

I hav jus turnd 13 yrs old nd i weigh 28kg i eat lyk a horse yet i neva put on weight!!! Im real popular bwt i alwaiz gwt askd thingz lyk do i make mi self syk nd al this stuf nd i dnt no waht 2 do bowt it cus it sux bei teased bwt sumthin yew dnt no how to stp!!!

I weigh 28kg nd im 13 is this normal?
Im guessing thats 62 pounds for us americans ... and at 13 .. I dont know I was a fatty. Sugars (candy) wont really help you gain alot of weight it will give you a rush but could be counter active and actually make you lose weight depending on how your body breaks things down. Protien (meat) is the universal weight gain, but dont eat only meat you also want some carbs like potatoes breads pastas.Now candy cakes doughnuts cupcakes and other doughnuts are not totally useless, although the sugars in them might not give you the pounds that you want there is enough empty calories to put a little pooch on your belly but its not healthy ... stick to protiens and carbs for healthy muscle building and proper weight control do a streatching workout like yoga to keep your lean frame looking fit insted of sickly thin. And also embrace yourself, lots of thin girls that get made fun of grow up to be models and grace the covers of magazines and date celebrities. Eat healthy and do mild low impact streatching based workouts to tone your body not to lose weight and enjoy the way you are. If someone is taking time out of their day to try and make you feel bad about yourself its only because your obviously great, let them keep talking they are only making you famous !! Plus take a good hard look at the ones making fun of you ... are they really that great themselves ?? I thought everyone was perfect when I was being made fun of for being fat in school but when I got older and started looking at the people making fun of me I noticed alot of the people had zits all over their face or they had really bad teeth or frizzy stringy hair or they smelled bad ... and these kids were the popular kids in school its just they only SEEMED perfect because they distracted people by making fun of everyone else to hide their short comings. So nobody is perfect everyone has something about themselves they dont like but yours can be fixed you can eat some healthy foods and do some yoga and get really toned and gain a few pounds the right way and look hot ... but for the stupid people who make fun of you ... well they cant fix stupid .. they are stuck that way for life !! So you go and celebrate yourself and hopefully one day you can be the next supermodel to be on the cover of a high fashion magazine.
