Reply:From what I gather, hot topic and Forever 21 are really the only national chain stores out there that sell scene clothes- so what you're asking is hard and will probably end up expensive. Wet Seal sometimes has scene-ish clothes but not really. So it's really more of you going out in your local area and looking for places that sell trendy clothes.
