Reply:This isn't a website but you can download a program called Picasa2 and use it. Go to google and search. This program will allow you to do SO much: crop, change to black and white, sepia, take a little color out, add color etc...you name it it can almost be done.

I use this and recently have my first picture being used on a CD cover.
