How to conceal under-eye bags?

before yew even suggest tea bags, cucumber, sleep, water, ect, i KNOW they are heredatory.

they have gotten worse over the years, even though im only 14.

ive tried concealer, and it didnt help much. i used max factor mastertouch

should i use foundation?

i usually break out if i do.

but it could be okay if only under the eyes, right?

u ll never believe this but from wut u said i think u like make-up and i know all that stuff like teabags doesn't work so wut u can do is give ur eye more character and that itself will distract anyone away from ur eye bags...i mean apply the perfect eyeshadow and i think the browns matches almost everyone and yet not too much for the daytime ..then apply ur eyeliner but make it thicker than u usually does , then skillfully frame ur eye with the mascara..for me that does it ....i hope i was helpful....
